This book is about the emotional world of men and the interviews I did about their emotions and struggles in South Africa, America, England and the Netherlands. It has been an underexposed subject for so many years. I spent a lot of time with men from all walks of life: from former gangster members and prisoners to bankers and businessmen. In this book, I share their stories and my perspective and give insight on how men and women can come closer together, so that a more balanced world and relationships can emerge.
